Armadillidium Klugii “Clown”

Description

Armadillidium klugii, also known as “Clown” isopods, are beautiful isopods with orange and brown bodies and adorable little spots. Other naturally occurring color morphs may also be present. This species is a larger Armadillidium, at about 8/10 of an inch when fully grown. This species is slower growing than many other isopod species, and is fairly surface active. Therefore I highly recommend culturing these separately if using in a bioactive setup with primary inhabitants that may snack on them.
