These isopods have a really nice metallic coloration that is hard to properly capture in photos. They are speedy and active little isopods that are fairly hardy, and make a good beginner/intermediate Cubaris.
This species is slower growing than many other isopod species. Therefore I highly recommend culturing these separately if using in a bioactive setup with primary inhabitants that may snack on them.
